You can amend your appointment at any time by logging in to your account up to 48 hours before the start of your treatment time. After this time you will be unable to amend your treatments as it will fall within our cancellation policy. Any changes made via the salon will incur a 50% charge or a forfeit of any deposit paid.

If you cancel outside of the 48 hours your deposit will be converted to a gift voucher to be used at a later date. This will show on your account when you make any future bookings online and can be used for your deposit. Please allow up to 5 working days for this to be completed and show on your account.
